As the Assistant Director of Patient Services, you will: Plan, administer and direct all patient meal services operations while prioritizing customer satisfaction Develop and manage an electronic menu system Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience for patients, residents, visitors and employees Enforce quality control standards and conducts quality assurance monitoring for patient food items including temperature, food handling, quality, taste and presentation Responsible for all staffing operations including developing schedules and assignments, monitoring employee performance, staff training, and performance improvement plances Directly responsible for supervising patient services managers Responsible for adhering to sanitation requirements What you'll bring: Bachelors Degree in related field 5+ years previous management experience in large-scale/ high-volume food service operation Serv-Safe Certification preferred Working knowledge of 3rd party patient satisfaction companies Salary Range: Minimum 38.44/hour - Maximum 67.27/hour.
Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
