We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support the Nurse Manager in overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining efficient clinical operations. This full-time role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Assist the Nurse Manager in daily management of nursing staff and departmental activities Support the implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care Monitor patient care to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards Participate in staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Address and resolve staff and patient concerns promptly and effectively Assist in resource management, including scheduling and inventory control Work Experience Skills and Experience Registered Nurse (RN) with valid licensure Proven experience in a nursing leadership or supervisory role Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centered care
