Certifications
✓Ambulance Driver License - AMBDL, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - CPR
Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree | Athletic Training | Required
✓Master’s Degree | Athletic Training | Not Required
Qualifications
✓Assist with Saturday morning clinics
✓Assist with planning and implementing pre-season physicals for athletes
✓Remains competent in the following areas:
✓o Modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrotherapy
✓o Therapeutic exercise
✓o First Aide
✓Attends and provides continuing education in servicing
✓Must be competent in use of computer for documentation and charging purposes
✓Must provide own transportation
✓Must organize and implement athletic training services
✓Must coordinate patient treatment schedules with other PT’s, PTA’s, OTs, and COTA’s
✓Promoting Sports Medicine and Athletic Training to community organizations, schools, and the public
