✓Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives and physician leaders, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive outcomes through collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
✓Strong understanding of healthcare delivery, physician leadership structures, service line operations, and organizational change management.
✓Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, presentations, and leadership communications.
✓Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, and team development skills, with experience mentoring others and effectively navigating complex organizational environments.
✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions and advance organizational priorities.
✓High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related collaboration and project management tools.

10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, healthcare operations, management consulting, executive-level program leadership, or a related field, preferably within a complex healthcare environment. preferred
