In this position you will be responsible for the checking the accuracy of prescribed diet order, overseeing the patient tray line and ensuring quality control of food and clinical accuracy of the tray. May also be asked to do a variety of duties in support of the department, such as printing menus, running census sheets for updates and monitoring the telephone. Pre-employment
