Carle Health is seeking a Bariatric Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. Opportunity Details Position Details Include: Join a growing Bariatric Surgery team with a BC Bariatric/General Surgeon and dedicated support staff Blend of clinic and hospital responsibilities No call or weekend responsibilities Schedule will be Mon – Fri from 8 AM – 4:30 PM. The Bariatric Surgery APP will be responsible for the delivery of care to bariatric candidates and patients as well as pre/post-operative assessment and responsibilities Be a part of patient treatment planning, counseling, and monthly office visits to review progress.
In-office procedures include wound assessment and lap band fills Educational/Experience
Master's degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant At least 1 year of APP experience required Licensure/Certification

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $60.72 - $78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
