What you’ll do

Conduct and oversee functionalConduct and oversee functional behavioral assessments and use assessment findings to guide treatment and behavior support planning
Develop practical behavior supportDevelop practical behavior support plans and individualized goals for individuals in the hospital setting
Provide consultation and coachingProvide consultation and coaching to hospital staff, caregivers,and other members of an individual’s support system
Train staff and caregiversTrain staff and caregivers in evidence-based behavioral strategies they can confidently use in everyday situations
