Board Certification in Sleep Medicine (ABIM, ABFM, ABPN, or ABSM pathways). Completion of an ACGME-accredited Sleep Medicine Fellowship Background in Pulmonary/Critical Care, Neurology, Psychiatry, or Internal Medicine with additional Sleep Medicine training Active state medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain Demonstrated expertise in sleep disorder evaluation and management Experience evaluating and treating insomnia, hypersomnia, parasomnias, circadian rhythm disorders, sleep-related movement disorders, and sleep-related breathing disorders Experience interpreting polysomnography (PSG), MSLT, MWT, HSAT, and PAP titration studies Proficiency managing CPAP, BiPAP, and ASV therapy Evidence-based diagnosis and treatment planning for complex sleep-related breathing disorders Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
