Licensure
✓Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or pending certification (must provide evidence of Certification within the first year of employment).
Education
✓Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or a related field.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients with consideration of aging processes, human development stages, and cultural patterns in each step of the care process.
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Minimum two years’ experience working with children and adolescents who present with developmental disabilities (autism and intellectual disability) and co-existing behavioral and psychiatric challenges; preference for prior experience working in a mental health setting. preferred
