Qualifications
✓Provide training and professional development to hospital staff, school personnel, and community partners on behavior analytic principles and interventions.
✓Develop educational resources to enhance understanding of behavioral health needs in children and adolescents.
✓Mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavioral health staff as appropriate.
✓Quality and Outcomes Management
✓Monitor program outcomes and key performance indicators.
✓Collect and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of interventions and program initiatives.
✓Participate in quality improvement activities and accreditation readiness efforts.
