Licensure
✓Independently Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or marriage, or family counseling, or related mental health discipline
✓A registered nurse (RN) who has a master's degree in nursing with a specialization in psychiatric/mental health and 2 years of supervised clinical experience and is licensed to practice as a psychiatric or mental health nurse if required by the state of practice.
Certifications
✓A registered nurse (RN) who is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (a subsidiary of the American Nurses Association) as a psychiatric nurse or mental health clinical nurse specialist
Qualifications
✓You must have 1 of the following licenses:
✓Licenses must be independent, active, and unrestricted in the state of Ohio
✓2+ years of post-licensure experience in a related mental health environment
✓Proficient computer skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
✓Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home
✓Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the Toledo, OH area
✓Reside in or near Toledo, OH
✓Experience working in an environment that required coordination of benefits and utilization of multiple groups and resources for patients
✓All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.

As a Behavioral Health Advocate (Lucas County, OH), you'll wear many hats and work in a variety of environments.
