About the role

Southwood Psychiatric Hospital offers a specific program for young males who are struggling with multiple diagnoses, including intellectual disabilities and sexually maladaptive behaviors. CHOICES Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility is a 32-bed facility serving the treatment needs of males aged 10-21 with significant mental health issues along with a history of inappropriate sexual behaviors.

What you’ll do
Demonstrate a sense ofDemonstrate a sense of urgency related to the importance of patient safety and provide excellent customer services
​ Ensure the well​ Ensure the well - being of patients and provide a positive, supportive and structured environment
​ Responsible for conducting​ Responsible for conducting safety checks and ensuring that supervision is conducted at 15 minute intervals, as noted in special precautions, or in accordance with individualized supervision guidelines as needed
​ Document timely​ Document timely , accurate and appropriate clinical information in patient's medical record
​ Assist in providing​ Assist in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for patients, significant others and staff
