Behavioral Health Clinician PRN Days

• PRN, Days - Up to 4 Days to be Worked per week

• Responsible for coordinating and assessing all patients referred to intensive outpatient programming.
• Coordinates the approval and level of care determination in cooperation with the psychiatrist, patient/family and insurance verification.

Participates in the formulation of a treatment plan, implementation and evaluation Implement therapeutic, evidenced based group therapy and psychoeducational classes to meet the needs of the patients Provide brief therapeutic counseling Assist patients with paperwork needed for FMLA and Short-term Disability in order to be away from work while in treatment Develops and maintains professional relationships with treatment team members, hospital and medical staff and community partners Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required Master's Degree required Active Kentucky License: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT 2 years of job-related experience required Experience working in a hospital setting; knowledge of substance use disorder treatment; experience in group therapy preferred If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!
