Schedule is determined by the hiring manager. Electronic equipment for telehealth and remote work is included. Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring medical conditions, and mild substance use disorders.
Use of evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) is preferred. Help create and implement treatment plans with behavioral medicine team, primary care, or specialist. Opportunity for specialized work in women's health, sleep disorders, GI, lifestyle medicine/weight management, pain management, concussion care, and oncology available.

Active and unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
Experience working within an integrated primary care model Minimum 3 years practice experience Knowledge of health psychology or behavioral medicine is preferred. Experience with substance use and addiction is preferred. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment.
