What you’ll do

Observe, monitor, and documentObserve, monitor, and document patient behavior, mental status, and safety risks
Administer medications as orderedAdminister medications as ordered and monitor for side effects
Assist with crisis interventionAssist with crisis intervention and de‑escalation to promote unit safety
