✓Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients with compassion, empathy, encouragement, and support

✓Proactive communication and clinical observation skills
Two or more years of experience as a Behavioral Health Technician in an inpatient psychiatric or addiction medicine setting (location dependent) preferred
