✓Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association within 3 months of hire
Education
✓Master's Degree, Ph.D., PsyD, EdD in Mental Health, Social Work, Counseling, Substance Use Disorders or Behavioral Healthrelated field
✓Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution

Qualifications
✓Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavioral health services, preferably in a community health or primary care setting
✓Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans
✓Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
✓Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision
✓Doctorate
Experience working with children ages 3+, including play therapy modalities preferred
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address a range of behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders preferred
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families preferred
Integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to promote healing and resilience preferred
Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, addressing both physical and mental health needs preferred
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health and trauma-informed care preferred
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards preferred
Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to raise awareness about behavioral health issues and promote access to care preferred
Build strong therapeutic alliances with patients, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth preferred
Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges or emergencies preferred
