$15.00 Job Purpose: - The Behavioral Tech II is responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. The position requires a compassionate and professional approach to assist clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.
Key
- Provide direct care and supervision to clients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans. - Assist in the development and implementation of therapeutic activities and interventions. - Monitor and document client behavior, progress, and any significant changes in condition. - Support clients in daily living activities, promoting independence and self-care. - Collaborate with clinical staff to assess client needs and adjust care plans as necessary. - Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions and treatment planning. - Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the well-being of clients. - Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and staff.
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Required
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a behavioral health setting. - Experience in direct patient care or support roles within mental health facilities. - Familiarity with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
