✓High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or other related field. Additional training or education in human resources. Familiarity of basic HR laws, policies, and regulations as related to employment and benefits. preferred
Qualifications
✓Minimum two (2) years progressively responsible experience supporting a human resources team.
✓Excellent communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with a diverse population, including all levels within SCHS and external customers/clients/potential employees; exudes a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
✓Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Share Point, database management, and document preparation.
