Licensure
✓Current clinical licensure as an RN or Social Worker, or certification from a nationally recognized chaplaincy or grief counseling program
Qualifications
✓Two years of experience in bereavement counseling in an RN, Social Worker, chaplaincy or clinic grief counseling role.
✓Interact with others requiring the employee to communicate information.
✓Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
5 years previous bereavement counseling experience in a hospital, hospice, or palliative care environment. preferred
For pediatric facilities or service lines, 2 years minimum prior pediatric bereavement coordination experience. preferred
See and read computer monitors and documents. preferred
Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment. preferred
