Through the Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program, upon acceptance, participants may be eligible for sponsorship while pursuing their nursing education.

Personal Statement Please tell us: Why you are interested in becoming a nurse Why you are seeking sponsorship through the BHS Pathway Program 2. Letter(s) of Recommendation Current BHS Employees One letter of recommendation from your current manager Non-BHS Applicants Two letters of recommendation from a supervisor, manager, instructor, or professor Letters may not be submitted by friends or coworkers 3.
Proof of Program Acceptance Documentation confirming your acceptance into an ADN program beginning in January 2027 Upon receipt of your completed application, we will reach out to schedule an interview.
