Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program Sponsorship Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pathway – January 2027 Start This opportunity is for students who have been accepted into a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program and will begin classes in January 2027 . Through the Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program, upon acceptance, participants may be eligible for sponsorship while pursuing their nursing education. Letter(s) of Recommendation Current BHS Employees One letter of recommendation from your current manager Non-BHS Applicants Two letters of recommendation from a supervisor, manager, instructor, or professor Letters may not be submitted by friends or coworkers 3. Proof of Program Acceptance Documentation confirming your acceptance into a LPN program beginning in January 2027 Upon receipt of your completed application, we will reach out to schedule an interview.
