Data Leadership Leads complex metric frameworks, thought partnership, and technical SME support for product teams . Tech Strategy Defines the metrics layer underlying all product reporting, specifically utilizing platforms like Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery/Looker) . Self-Serve Enablement Owns and enables self-service reporting capabilities to allow business stakeholders to access targeted, product-specific insights .
Mentorship Supports and mentors other IC leads and team members, providing guidance during technical shortfalls . Stakeholder Partnership Partners with business leaders to establish baselines for key results and ensures alignment across siloed OKR development .
& Skills Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL , Python , and Tableau . Modern Data Stack: Experience or developing proficiency in BigQuery , Looker , and cloud-based data warehousing . Product Analytics: Familiarity with user behavior tools such as Pendo or Mixpanel to capture user adoption and utilization metrics .
