✓Required - Associates Degree Biomedical Engineering
✓Preferred - Substitutions allowed: In lieu of Associate's degree, the candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent with three (3) years of experience in Clinical Engineering, electronic engineering, computer, or related engineering experience. 3-5 years
Preferred - Associates Degree Computer Engineering
Preferred - Associates Degree Electrical Engineering
Preferred - High School Diploma or Equivalent
Qualifications
✓Required - Class D Driver License -Tennessee - Tennessee Motor Vehicle
✓Extensive knowledge of clinical equipment.
✓Exceptional analytical skills.
✓Effective written and oral communications.
✓Knowledge of and ability to apply highly technical principles, concepts and techniques in solving complex technical problems.
✓Ability to understand and prepare complex written materials, such as equipment manuals.
✓Ability to communicate verbally with all levels of associates, physicians and equipment manufacturers and vendors.
✓Demonstrates a logical and methodical approach in analyzing problems and troubleshooting.
✓Demonstrates effective and correct use of hand tools.
✓Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles.
✓Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment.
✓Ability to organize tasks, set priorities and maintain control of workflow.
