✓Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Finance, or a related field.
Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or related discipline. preferred
Qualifications
✓Three to five years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting, healthcare administration, strategic planning, or population health.
✓Experience supporting program budgeting, funds flow tracking, grant reporting, and operational performance management.
✓Demonstrated experience establishing collaborative relationships and driving program adherence with independent practices and community health leadership.
✓Strong written, verbal, presentation, and analytical skills required.
Experience with grant-funded programs, value-based care models, accountable care organizations (ACOs), or population health initiatives preferred.
Familiarity with Vermont Blueprint for Health or comparable statewide healthcare programs preferred.
