You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current and valid certification or licensure as a Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced certifications such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) where applicable. preferred
Preferred skills such as specialized women's health knowledge and advanced certifications further empower the candidate to deliver expert care and contribute to continuous quality improvement within the practice.
Qualifications
✓Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care standards.
✓Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in women's health or a related field. preferred
Previous experience specifically in obstetrics and gynecology or women's health care. preferred
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing processes. preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide patient education effectively. preferred

What you’ll do
Assist healthcare providers withAssist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments specific to women's health
Obtain and document patientObtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant clinical information accurately
Administer medications, injections, andAdminister medications, injections, and immunizations as directed by licensed practitioners
Prepare examination rooms andPrepare examination rooms and ensure all medical equipment is sterilized and ready for use
Educate patients on healthEducate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans tailored to women's health needs
