Description

Join the Winship Professional Development and Practice Team! This team consists of NPD Specialists and Clinical Nurse Practice Specialists supporting the oncology service line at Emory Healthcare. Reporting to the Oncology Director of Nursing Prof Dev & Practice, this role partners closely with the BMT Quality & Regulatory Coordinator, nursing leaders in BMT, physicians, and pharmacy leaders.

We are looking for someone with demonstrated expertise in cellular therapies, experience leading nursing quality initiatives, supporting FACT accreditation, writing and maintaining policies and procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex clinical initiatives.
