Board Certified Behavior Analyst

✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Maintain current professional certifications and licensure requirements.
✓Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Certifications
✓Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (must remain valid for at least six months from date of hire).
✓Completion of de-escalation training within 30 days of hire.
✓Must maintain all required certifications and credentials throughout employment.
Education
✓Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing ABA services to pediatric populations.
✓Experience working with children with complex medical and neurodevelopmental diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, genetic syndromes, and related conditions.
✓Strong behavioral assessment and data analysis skills.
✓Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
✓Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and ABA data collection systems.
✓Ability to support diverse patient populations and family systems.
Experience in healthcare, inpatient, or interdisciplinary treatment settings preferred.
