Responsibilities of BCBA overseeing Intensive Behavior Support Services: Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidenced based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, and increase independence across activities of daily living.

Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to behavioral direct care staff through ongoing communication, coaching, training, and support to promote quality service delivery and professional growth.
