✓HS diploma/GED
Qualifications
✓1 year of relevant experience in HVAC Systems Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering Maintenance, Power Plant Operation, Plumbing and Piping Systems, Stationary Engineer Role, Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance, or boiler operation
✓Valid Arkansas driver’s license with fewer than 12 points on their Motor Vehicle Record
✓Computer program proficiency level: Intermediate
✓Knowledge of central plant systems
✓Watchkeeping and rounding documentation
✓Annual TB Screening, Criminal Background Check
✓This position is subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification).
✓A criminal conviction or arrest pending adjudication alone shall not disqualify an applicant except as provided by law.
