What You Need to Know Be the Best Branch Manager You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: High School Diploma/GED Bachelor’s degree preferred Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required Two or more years in Process, Team Management, and Client Facing experience.
One or more years of Business Development and Reporting experience preferred Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred Key
As a Branch Manager, you will: Lead day-to-day operations for the branch, ensuring strong financial performance, budget management, and achievement of revenue and profitability goals. Maintain exceptional client care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies and quality standards. Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams, overseeing staffing, scheduling, payroll, billing, employee relations, and operational excellence.
Drive service delivery and workforce planning to ensure client needs are met while supporting business growth objectives. Build and strengthen referral relationships, expand market presence, and identify opportunities for growth. foster a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and excellent service.
