When you join RadNet as a Breast Care Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Schedule ultrasound guided biopsiesObtain and scan pathology results into eRadCoordinate addendum requests with physiciansContact patients with negative resultsFax results when necessary and coordinate with appropriate physicianResolve lab work requests in eRadBe present when and where biopsies are performed as site locationsGreets and registers patients in a friendly and service oriented manner including review exam to be performed.

Aid in prepping the exam room. Assist with post procedure follow upResponds to patient’s minor questions and concerns, and refer to supervisor when necessary, in an expedient manner. Maintains awareness of temperament/mood of patients in lobby in order to ensure optimal service experience and curtail any frustrations or communication that could affect the experience of other patients.

Uses clerical skills (e.g. filing, organizing, process incoming mail, etc.). Provides management with reports and logs when required. If You Are:Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.

You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:Must have one of the following: a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills, strong public relations skills, and exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Must be detail-oriented and organized, possess clerical skills, and have the ability to interact timely and accurately. Proficient in eRadAbility to relieve patients of anxiety through calm demeanor and reassuranceImprove workflow to limit backlogs, extended patient wait times, etc.
