Description

Performs a wide variety of basic facility maintenance functions. Repairs, maintains, and upgrades facility and furnishings. Responsible for preventive maintenance related to patient rooms, rolling stock, and public and patient areas.

Maintain positive customer relations with direct interaction with customers. Responsible for facility safety issues.
