Time will be split 50/50 between the two duties. Bachelor’s Degree in related field required Two (2) year experience in health care, business development or marketing environment with measurable business development results required. Valid driver’s license and car insurance with an acceptable driving record in accordance with facility requirements. Understanding of the process for mental health referrals and treatment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and service excellence skills. Detail oriented and able to multi-task and change directions quickly. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in person, over the phone and in front of audiences.
Presents oneself in a positive and professional manner through appearance and conduct. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to apply technical and computer/software skills.
