Business Development Representative - Behavioral Health -$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Licensure
✓Licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply: LPC, LPC-A, LMSW or LCSW.
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.
Qualifications
✓Must have a valid driver's license.
✓Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities, competency in computer usage, and excellent written and oral communication skills
✓knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles and tactics
✓creativity and flexibility
✓skills in data collection analysis and interpretation
✓record of adherence to deadlines
✓customer service skills
✓willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred. Prior marketing and sales experience highly desirable.
: Prefer knowledge of the Dallas area behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and, age-specific programming. preferred

Millwood’s caring, and multidisciplinary staff has successfully provided inpatient and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency care to children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults since 1971. Millwood Hospital is located in Arlington, TX in the heart of the city. It is 5 minutes away from AT&T Stadium home of the Dallas Cowboys.
