Qualifications
✓Must be 18 years of age OR older
✓2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy operations, healthcare information systems, clinical applications, or related support roles
✓Must have reliable form of transportation
✓Must Be willing to travel to assigned locations within your market up to 50% of the time
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
✓Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Field based in Greater Boston area.
Experience working in a retail, ambulatory, specialty, mail-order, or outpatient pharmacy environment preferred
Understanding of pharmacy workflows, medication dispensing processes, and pharmacy operations preferred
Experience supporting healthcare or pharmacy technology systems. preferred
Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, testing, or training activities. preferred
Experience with system testing, documentation, reporting, and end-user support preferred
