You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business or a related field.
MBA or MS in quantitative analytical fields preferred
Qualifications
✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
✓Experience developing databases, reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
✓Proficiency with Tableau, SQL, and data visualization best practices.
✓Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
✓Experience managing projects and collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
✓Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✓Advance skills in Python, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint
✓2+ years of experience in Clinical Data Analytics, Statistics, and Quality Measures
✓3+ years of experience in advanced analytical and quantitative skills
✓Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
✓Project management skills
✓Excellent understanding of the industry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current healthcare industry
✓Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
✓Ability to think “outside-the-box” and be creative to accomplish departmental goals
✓Ability to prioritize work and remain detail oriented
✓Ability to lead System wide complex projects
✓Excellent oral and written communication skills
4+ year experience in Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI preferred
3+ year experience in healthcare industry preferred
1+ year experience in data science (AI/ML) preferred
2+ year experience in project management preferred
