Qualifications
✓Requires minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development or data management. Experience with Business intelligence development tools such as tableau and SAS and programming tools such as R, Python, and SQL.
4–8 years of experience developing business intelligence and analytics solutions, preferably within healthcare. preferred
3+ years of experience working with Databricks AI/BI Dashboards and AI-assisted analytics. preferred
Expert-level SQL programming skills, including writing, optimizing, and performance-tuning complex queries. preferred
Experience developing dashboards, reports, and semantic models using Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI visualization tools. preferred
Experience with Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Lakehouse architecture. preferred
Experience creating materialized views and optimizing analytics solutions for performance. preferred
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS. preferred
Experience with Python/PySpark for data transformation and automation. preferred
Understanding of star schemas, semantic models, and business intelligence best practices. preferred
Experience with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps. preferred
Understanding of data governance, security, and data management principles. preferred
Knowledge of healthcare payer operations, terminology, and data structures, including claims, membership, provider, clinical, and financial data. preferred
