You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
MS in Data Science, quantitative analytical fields preferred
Qualifications
✓Advanced skill in Python, AI/ML tools, Tableau/PowerPoint, SQL, R, Excel
✓8+ years of experience in Clinical Data Analytics, Statistics, and Quality Measures
✓8+ years of experience in advanced analytical and quantitative skills
✓1+ years Prompt engineering in healthcare workflow projects
✓Support AI-enabled analytics or automation use cases using structured and unstructured data
✓Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
✓Project management skills
✓Excellent understanding of the industry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current healthcare industry
✓Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
✓Ability to think “outside-the-box” and be creative to accomplish departmental goals
✓Ability to prioritize work and remain detail oriented
✓Ability to lead System wide complex projects
✓Excellent oral and written communication skills
5+ year in Python, SQL, and Tableau/PowerPoint experience preferred
5+ year experience in data science (LLM), data management and data analysis preferred
3+ year experience in healthcare industry preferred
3+ year experience in project management preferred
