Our therapy team is also given opportunities to actively participate in a team-based leadership structured group that ensures clinical and operational decision making is a collaborative process that promotes future growth and advancement. The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for enhancing and supporting business operations and overall clinic office management. This position focuses on modeling and delivering exceptional customer service, while training team members to ensure high-quality care delivery, operational efficiency, and achievement of organizational goals.
Through a consistent on-site clinic presence, the Business Operations Specialist supports growth initiatives, identifies and addresses training opportunities, drives process improvement efforts, and promotes operational consistency across the Rehab Therapy Division. Duties and

License/Certifications: Credentialed Trainer - or successful completion of program upon hire Qualifications Include: Associate Degree in Business, Management or related field. Previous experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience. Prior experience of insurance – obtaining benefits, submitting authorizations, etc. Excellent organizational, internal and external public relations skills.
