Business Process Integration Associate The Business Process Integration Associate is responsible for coordinating and/or leading local and enterprise-wide level execution of Strategic Optimization Projects for their assigned area(s). This is a position requiring independent thought and judgment combined with the ability to understand front-line business operations in a multitude of unique settings. Working under limited supervision, this individual will facilitate implementation and acceptance of common healthcare technology applications.
Accountabilities Inform, design and assure implementation and adoption of technology. Assure readiness for new implementations, upgrades, new hospitals/ practices, and workflows. Demonstrable ability to lead and deliver strategically important projects through to completion Support and understand the needs of the client.
Communications are timely and appropriate to audience. Maintain confidential information. Complete assignments in a timely manner.
Open to change and different approaches to work. Clinical Team only: Coordinate and lead governance and prioritization within the local entities. Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization Required Education and Experience H.
S Diploma/GED and 5+ years of experience working with electronic medical records or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience working with electronic medical records is required. Master's Degree is Preferred Prior experience in a medical practice management or healthcare management role is preferred.
