In this independent role, you'll be responsible for managing switchboard operations, handling in-bound calls, and accurately documenting and relaying codes while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Managing codes includes overhead pages and calling in various teams for the emergency situation. This role supports our Monroe Clinic and Hospital, and also covers St.

Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard. Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities. Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution.
May perform clerical or administrative duties. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience EXPERIENCE No experience required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
