The Call Center Specialist performs administrative functions to include assistance in the processes for managing patient care by monitoring referrals and connecting them to relevant health care providers. Organizing, facilitating, and coordinating the timely evaluation with therapist and the acceptance of patients referred for services, insurance verification and data entry.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: Answers phones at Behavioral Health Connections and takes demographic information related to the person to be assessed. Coordinates and processes patent documents and paperwork for patient transfers. Assures all required information is accurately documented within several information system programs.

Assists Mobile Assessment Team Evaluator with commitment process, paperwork, and transfer process, if necessary.
