Coordinates provider scheduling across all Cancer Center system clinics, partnering with Cancer Center departmental and physician leadership to align scheduling capacity with patient demand.
What you’ll do
Resolves scheduling conflicts andResolves scheduling conflicts and access issues in real time, serving as the Cancer Center’s primary point of contact for provider scheduling error questions and escalations
Presents utilization and accessPresents utilization and access data to Cancer Center leadership and physician stakeholders to inform capacity decisions and identify trends
Trains Cancer Center andTrains Cancer Center and Access Center outbound team staff on scheduling processes, tools, and standard workflows, serving as a go-to resource for scheduling-related questions
Exhibits sensitivity to patientExhibits sensitivity to patient health information and protection of confidentiality
