Capacity Management Analyst- Patient Access Organization

Healthcare Administration
✓Requirements
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, healthcare IT, business, or related field, and/or equivalent experience/training.
Qualifications
✓At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, with knowledge of template design, construction, functionality, analysis, and capacity optimization.
✓Proficient in EPIC (EMR).
✓Familiarity with analytical tools and software, research methods, and techniques for monitoring and evaluating data and workflows. Able to analyze complex issues and contribute to their resolution.
✓Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues, identify problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
✓Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple interrelated tasks.
✓Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
✓Ability to analyze complex information or problems objectively and draw logical conclusions to make recommendations, as well as produce substantial reports to resolve conflicts.
✓Proven ability to create professional presentations, reports, correspondence, and summaries in a well-organized format.
✓Ability to think proactively and work independently.
✓A dvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Academic institution or large integrated health system experience preferred
