Cardiac Rehab Supervisor

Days | Full-time Salary Range: $45.31 - $61.29 per hour How you’ll make an impact in this role Supervise the daily operations of cardiac rehabilitation services. Assess, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels. Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

May participate in the direct delivery of care and evaluations and treatments as needed. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following: Exercise Physiologist specializing in Sports Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
