You’ll need
Certifications
✓Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) is required.
✓If hired prior to receiving certification, the employee must take and pass the certification exam within the first year of employment.
✓Continued employment as a Cardiac Ultrasonographer is contingent on the employee passing the certification exam.
✓Re-certification must be maintained throughout employment at Crouse Hospital.
✓Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire.
Education
✓Graduate of a diagnostic medical sonography program accredited by the AMA Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA)
