Practice Setting : Experience a balanced 50/50 blended clinical schedule splitting time between high-acuity inpatient care and outpatient continuity clinics. Specialty Assets : Direct integration into an advanced electrophysiology program utilizing clinical technologies like Pacemate, AthenaHealth, and Sunrise Clinical Manager. Drive Clinical Excellence : Formulate complex clinical decisions and manage intricate arrhythmia patterns for advanced cardiology and electrophysiology patients across both acute care and clinic settings.
Enhance Patient Access : Deliver highly efficient care coordination, performing comprehensive cardiac consults, diagnostics, and patient rounding to maximize patient throughput and minimize hospital length-of-stay. Procedural Support : Safely assist and collaborate with electrophysiologists on advanced cardiac procedures while overseeing pre- and post-procedural management. Strategic Reach : Actively support the program's growth through localized clinical outreach operations located within 15â20 minutes of the primary hospital hub.
