Qualifications

✓ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
✓ability to work independently while exercising good judgment
Experience supporting students with mental health presentations, various disability statuses, and/or diverse identities of race, class, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality preferred.
proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships in a complex environment preferred.
Knowledge of restorative justice and trauma informed practices preferred.

What you’ll do
Receives referrals from theReceives referrals from the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) to provide case management services and deliver recommended interventions
Closely manages high riskClosely manages high risk cases including concerns such as suicidal ideation and/or attempt, substance use, serious mental health, and other behavioral issues
Co-facilitates CARE Team andCo-facilitates CARE Team and Student Support Network meetings under the leadership of the Director
Working closely with theWorking closely with the Director, provides leadership to the campus community regarding issues of student support
