The Care Concierge serves as the patient's first and last point of contact within the clinic, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. The Care Concierge plays a key role in supporting front office functions for multiple service lines including check in, check out, while maintaining accuracy in patient information, financial interactions and coordinating follow-up care. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment, supporting services across Urgent Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care.
Communicates proactively and assists patients with questions and requests as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS Education Education Level Education Details And/ Or Associate's Degree Healthcare certification preferred, or a minimum of (2) years of college coursework in a healthcare, medical, or related field. High School Diploma or GED Experience Experience Experience Details Two years of related experience.
Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures Epic/Microsoft Office experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience in a clinic environment and customer service. Required Must be able to identify and deal with situations appropriately. Required Must be able to maintain composure during stressful situations.
Required Must be able to set priorities. Required Must be emotionally mature and stable, be energetic, show eagerness and must SMILE. Required Must be proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office, Epic experience preferred.
Required Must convey empathy and compassion in a confident manner. Required Must exhibit a warm, friendly, and caring professional demeanor. Required Must understand, adhere to, and respect assigned job duties, workplace limitations, and performance expectations.
